This is a powerful healing to align your energy centers to bring you emotional and physical healing. I scan your chakras to find any imbalances and work with energy and crystals to bring your chakras back into alignment. This session includes the following:
30 minute session of energy work ( not real time)

Guidance on crystals that may be beneficial to you
Once you have booked the alignment you do not need to be anywhere at a specific time. I will add you to the schedule just like any other client and if you would like to be in a restful state at home during your appointment that is helpful, but not necessary. You may feel a tingling sensation or heat during the session but this is perfectly normal and is nothing to be concerned about.
